Truthful Apathy Test

Question 1 of 3

1. Are you interested in getting new knowledge, impressions?

Every person has asked such a question at least once in his life. To begin with, laziness is a lack of motivation. When you lie on the couch and enjoy watching movies, when your friends call you for a walk, and thoughts are in your head, why not. When you prefer to wash the dishes, it is better to relax in the bath. This is what laziness means. On the other hand, when none of the activities brings pleasure, then you need to pass the apathy test and understand for yourself: why you don’t want anything, even lying on the floor, you can’t find a place for yourself, it’s worth thinking about what could be this.

True Apathy Test

Apathy is a type of mental disorder. In the future, it develops into schizophrenia, dementia and damage to parts of the brain. This is already really serious and it is definitely impossible to launch this. Therefore, the main thing is to pass the psychological test for apathy in time and overcome laziness is very easy. You just need to do your favorite thing and everything will go somewhere at once. Apathy is more like fatigue. Because in both cases there is no strength to do anything. And yet, if fatigue can be overcome with moral rest, for example, walking in the fresh air, relaxing with friends, or just finally getting some sleep, then this method will definitely not work with apathy. People suffering from apathy are in a state as if under drug intoxication, they do not experience emotions, they have a constant loss of strength, they are not mobile and not energetic. Constant fatigue, indifference, devastation. Here is the first sign of illness.

Burnout and apathy

Being overloaded at work, few days off, hot-tempered clients, or bothering with the problems of strangers can lead to emotional burnout. And mostly professionals in their field are ill with this disease: teachers, doctors, psychologists, managers. So, helping your clients, patients after a working day, begins to build up negative, and the brain is not able to digest such an amount of information. Because of this, interest in work, in people, in their problems disappears. The button of indifference to one's professional activity is turned on. But, once at home, at the table with your family, you again begin to come to your senses and morally rest. But with an exacerbation, as our test for apathy shows, inactivity, drowsiness increases, interest in the whole world disappears.

Some signs of apathy

Inhibited perception of information; loss of interest in contact with people, in your hobby; to the perception of information; monotonous speech; concentration of attention; forgetfulness; loss of appetite; empty pastime of the day. If there are sensations of these symptoms for a week and after rest it is still impossible to recover, then it is better to pass a psychological test for apathy and consult a psychotherapist.

In some families, close people try to help overcome this disease, thinking that the person has become depressed. They try to cheer him up, cheer him up. But the patient does not even have enough strength and energy for this, since he is devastated. Of course, without a doubt the relatives are right, because the full name of this disease is apathetic depression.

It is better not to waste time and take a test for apathy, since the condition can develop into Alzheimer's or Pick's disease, weakening of intelligence and degradation begins.
