What is closer to you: creativity or simple performance?

1. Your firm (or organization) is planning a significant expansion of the staff, and you, as a very responsible and business employee, are given the opportunity to conduct interviews and select new colleagues. Which one do you prefer?

executive people without big requests and with a real vision of the world, since such people bring the least amount of problems during the trial period;

people who are more creative, unusual and bright, who already at the first interview show an unusual approach to the profession and the affairs entrusted to them;

ordinary people, real, but at the same time original, with their own view of the organization.
